"AHS gets the job done"
AHS gets the job done, each time I place a request it gets repaired! I have gotten a new washer and dryer through AHS (2 separate occasions). The only complaint that I have is that each time I call, the call center must be outsourced through a foreign country which can make it difficult to communicate with the language barrier. Sometimes the representatives are not sure of the next steps and will tell you to call back and I call until I get someone that knows.

"Contacted them 2-3 times weekly"
They send a technician out on July 24,2020. They recommended that HVAC be replaced-- it's from 2002 & it's not cooling. Thermostat is set at 70, but the house reads 75-77 degrees. I have my dad, a 96 yr old VETERAN whose bedbound living in the house. They keep giving me the runabout between the Heat/AC company & authorization dept and have not reach a decision while we are burning up in the heat of summer.
Very unethical practices and poor customer service.
